PRP Hair Restoration Pre-Treatment Instructions
What to know before you PRP injection for hair loss
-
Do not consume alcoholic beverages at least 24 hours prior to your PRP Hair Restoration treatment as alcohol may thin the blood and increase your risk of bruising.

Medications and supplements such as NSAIDs like Advil® (Ibuprofen), aspirin, vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, St. John’s Wort, Omega 3/Fish Oil, and Turmeric supplements. -
The day before your treatment, drink extra water.
-
Avoid fatty foods at least 8 hours before your blood is drawn for the best quality of plasma. Fatty foods meaning saturated fats specifically.
