After your microneedling session, your nurse will provide individualized aftercare instructions. General guidance may include:
Immediate Aftercare

Cleansing: Follow the cleansing instructions provided by your nurse. When cleansing is resumed, use a gentle cleanser and lukewarm water, and avoid scrubbing or exfoliating the treated skin.

Avoid makeup in treated areas for the remainder of the day when possible

Do not touch, rub, or pick at the treated skin
Activity & Environment

Avoid vigorous exercise on the day of treatment unless otherwise directed

Avoid heat exposure such as saunas, steam rooms, and prolonged sun exposure
